Walden Lake Golf & Country Club is a Semi-Private, 36 hole golf course facility located in Plant City, Florida.
Walden Lake Golf & Country Club has two 18-hole golf courses. They are The Lakes Course and The Hills Course.
The Hills Course opened in 1978. The course was designed by Bob Cupp and Jay Morrish.
The course is noted for having elevated greens. The tree-lined fairways are narrow, and water hazards come into play several times.

Played as a single on a whim on a Tuesday. Greens were in pretty good shape and the bunkers were well drained and manicured. Only thing that brought me down was a few foursomes in front of me that brought the day to a grinding halt. No rangers (or beverage carts for that matter) on the afternoon I was there and there were several times where 3 groups of players were stacked up on a tee box waiting to hit. Thankfully there was no one behind me so I was able to putt and chip around until the tee box was ready, but I did wait for 18 minutes on 17 to tee off.

Play the Lakes course, not the hills course at Walden Lakes.
